Betty and Don founded B&D Distributors 25 years ago, and now their kids, Megan and
Mark, are part of the team. Last month they came out of a planning session with a strategic
plan for their business, but didn’t know how to start making it happen. Don Jr. is in
charge of sales and marketing, and recognizes that marketing isn’t his strength.
Mark Jr. needs a strategic marketing partner to develop the plan including the tactics
met with the B&D leadership team to learn the business and developed an overall
marketing plan with detailed elements and milestones. We started executing the marketing
plan with some initial projects early on, then consulted quarterly with progress
assessments and making adjustments along the way.
